Opening hours

Van Gogh Alive is open seven days a week. Session times vary according to time and date. Please check the schedule on the day you wish to attend. Session times are half-hourly, but once you enter you can spend as long as you like inside the venue.

Is there accessible parking?

Accessible parking bays are located Eastbound on Riverside Drive, near the intersection of Riverside Drive and Barrack Street.

Dedicated Drop off/Pick Up Zone is located Eastbound near the intersection of Riverside Drive and Barrack Street.

Are there concessions offered?

Special prices for concessions are available. Concession prices are available for pensioners, health care card holders, veterans and full time students.

Can I bring my companion, and can they get a companion ticket?

Yes, the accompanied person should purchase a standard ticket and the companion should show their card at the venue entrance for complimentary entry.

Can I buy tickets onsite?

Yes, there is a box office on site. However, advanced booking is recommended as you will have a better chance of securing your preferred time slot.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the Grand Pavilion is a wheelchair accessible venue. There is ramp access, the venue is flat throughout.

There is an accessible toilet located at the venue.

Are there wheelchairs to hire?

You are not able to hire a wheelchair, but you will be able to borrow one (this is on a first in first served basis).

Do I book a wheelchair when I book a ticket?

No, you do not need to book for wheelchair access
